Our collections are stocked by select retailers across the globe, and we’re passionate about building strong, authentic partnerships that go beyond traditional sales models.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow our presence in Southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is not your traditional sales job — we’re looking for someone who is eager to build relationships, spot opportunities, and contribute creatively to our growth.
- Develop and grow our network of bridal retail partners across Southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential stockists
- Identify new business opportunities and creative ways to expand our reach
- Represent the brand at trade shows, trunk shows, and industry events
- Provide ongoing support and product education to retail partners
- Collaborate closely with our international team to share feedback and insights from the market
- You have experience in the bridal, fashion, or luxury retail and/or wholesale industry — ideally with a strong network in Southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- You’re a natural relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You’re motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Confident in delivering meaningful training and strategic business meetings to support our partners and their success
- You think like an entrepreneur and are excited to be part of something growing and evolving
- Have a proven track record of achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
- You’re open to learning, adaptable, and ready to go the extra mile
- You love to travel – this role requires frequent travel
- Fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English
- Have a valid driver´s license
- You have rights to work in, and are located in Germany

Wij zoeken per direct ervaren verkoop talenten die ons team van internationale verkopers kan komen versterken.
De positie wordt deels ingevuld vanuit ons Europesche kantoor in Hengelo, maar zal ook van je vereisen om veel te reizen naar klanten of internationale vakbeurzen.

Wij vragen:
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in sales functie
- 3 jaar ervaring in de confectie-industrie is een pre
- Uitstekende customerservicevaardigheden
- Zeer sterk niveau van organisatorische- en tijdmanagementvaardigheden
- In bezit van een rijbewijs
- Nederlands, Engels sprekend en schrijvend
- Duits sprekend en schrijvend is een pre
- Gewend om zelfstandig te werken
- Hoge motivatie en probleemoplossend vermogen
- Geen 9-5 mentaliteit en bereid om zakelijk te reizen
